ㅇ 초록/Abstract : Both public and academic debates on digital government seem to default to a couple of generalizations. This lecture will present eight of the more common generalizations in a critical and empirical perspective. This concerns issues around e.g., digital transformation, digital divides, integration of service delivery, public values and benefit realization. The session will finish off with some lessons for the future design and implementation of digital tools and platforms in the public sector.
