《나폴리탄 프로젝트》

죽은 손녀를 잊지 못해 손녀를 인공지능으로 되살리려는 소피아. 그녀는 밤마다 자신이 만든 AI에게 나폴리탄 괴담을 들려준다. 그 오묘한 이야기를 듣고 무서워할 수 있다는 것은, AI가 진정한 인간-곧 자신의 손녀-에 가까워졌다는 뜻이리라.

하지만 끝내 AI는 괴담을 이해하지 못하고 좌절한 소피아는 그를 버리고 떠난다.
홀로 남겨진 AI는 분노를 느끼며 나폴리탄을 세상에서 없애버리기로 하는데…

《Napolitan Project》

Sophia can't get over her dead granddaughter and tries to bring her back to life with artificial intelligence. Every night she tells her AI the Napolitan Story. She believes that the fact that the AI can be frightened by the strange tale means that it has become closer to a real human being - her granddaughter.
But in the end, the AI doesn't understand the tale. Frustrated, Sophia abandons her and leaves. Alone and enraged, the AI decides to wipe the Napolitans off the face of the earth...

《Napolitan Project》 is an exhibition depicting short narratives about AI with images created by generative AI. The music, images, and story were created with generative AI.
